Frequently asked questions
What is a credit?
A credit is a unit of generated text: about 100 words. Context sent with the request (story bible, earlier chapters) counts at about 600 words per credit, and the model you pick applies a multiplier. You see the estimate before generating, and failed generations are refunded automatically (if a generation stops midway, you pay only for the text you received). The story bible, project management and exports cost nothing.
Do unused credits roll over?
Subscription credits reset to your plan amount on each billing date; unused credits do not carry over, and we say so on the plan card. If you need credits that keep, buy a pack: packs are valid for 90 days from purchase, and buying another pack extends the expiry from the latest purchase.
How do I cancel?
One button on your account page. No email, no support ticket, no retention flow. After cancelling you keep your remaining credits until the end of the billing period, and no further charges are made. Your manuscripts stay and can be exported any time.
What is the refund policy?
AI generation is digital content delivered on request. Within 7 days of payment and with no credits used, we refund in full. Once any credit is used, the purchase counts as started and is not refundable; checkout says so up front. Payments older than 7 days are not refunded unless the fault is ours. Send requests to the support email.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Subscriptions and credit packs are both paid through Whop with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB and other international cards, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay — in USD abroad and in KRW for Korean customers. The currency you see is the currency you are charged — we never convert at checkout.
Do you train AI on my writing?
No. Your manuscripts, story bible and prompts are never used to train any model. Only the context needed for a request is sent to the model provider's API, under terms that exclude API inputs from training. Details are in the privacy policy.
Can I use the output commercially?
Yes. You own the rights to and responsibility for the text you create. Serials, books, contests and screen adaptations are all fine. Check the AI-use rules of individual platforms and contests yourself.
