常見問題
什麼是點數？
點數是生成文字的計量單位：1 點約等於 100 字。生成之前就會顯示預估用量，生成失敗會自動退回點數。設定集、作品管理與匯出功能完全免費。
未使用的點數會累積嗎？
訂閱點數會在每個扣款日重設為方案額度；未使用的點數不會累積，方案卡片上也明確寫著這一點。如果您需要能保留的點數，請購買點數包：點數包自購買日起 90 天內有效，再購買一包會以最新購買日重新計算到期日。
如何取消訂閱？
帳號頁面上按一個按鈕就行。不用寫信、不用開客服單、沒有挽留流程。取消後剩餘點數可用到本期結束，之後不會再扣款。您的稿件會保留，隨時可以匯出。
退款政策是什麼？
AI 生成屬於即時交付的數位內容，因此僅在「扣款後 7 天內且完全未使用任何點數」時全額退款。只要使用過任何一點數（即使只用了一部分），即無法退款。誤續訂亦適用相同條件。請在帳號頁面找到訂單編號，寄信給客服。
支援哪些付款方式？
所有付款皆透過 Whop 結帳，支援 Visa、Mastercard、American Express 等主要信用卡，以及 Apple Pay 和 Google Pay。以美元計價，韓國用戶則以韓元計價。您看到的幣別就是實際扣款的幣別，結帳時絕不換匯。
你們會用我的作品訓練 AI 嗎？
不會。您的稿件、設定集與提示詞絕不會用來訓練任何模型。只有該次請求所需的上下文會傳送到模型供應商的 API，且依約定 API 輸入不會用於訓練。詳情請見隱私權政策。
生成的內容可以商業使用嗎？
可以。您擁有所創作文字的權利，也對其負責。連載、出版、投稿比賽、影視改編都沒問題。請自行確認各平台與比賽的 AI 使用規範。
可以開立發票或收據嗎？
